I'm not aware of folks who argue that English is "good". I routinely make the argument against English and its' "idiosyncrasies" (to put it way too mildly). Part of my argument is (IMO) that there would be fewer conflicts/wars if we all spoke the same language. A similar premise is that there is too much emphasis (by most groups) on culture -- which leads to most (if not all) "us-them-ing". I don't argue for the elimination of culture, but I claim the world would be better-off with a lot less of it. IMO, better would be Esperanto, or one of the "constructed" languages : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructed_language

Cooke felt compelled to write a song that spoke to his struggle and of those around him, and that pertained to the Civil Rights Movement and African Americans. The song contains the refrain, "It's been a long time coming, but I know a change is gonna come."

Written by Robbie van Leeuwen. The song's lead vocals are performed by Mariska Veres. The music is from “The Banjo Song” by Tim Rose and the Big 3 with new lyrics by Robbie van Leeuwen, the band's guitarist, sitarist and background vocalist, who also produced along with record producer Jerry Ross.

The band is considered a one-hit wonder as "Driver's Seat" was their only hit. According to Paul Roberts, "Driver's Seat" isn't about driving, but rather "fragmented, conflicting thoughts and emotions that might follow the break-up of a relationship". One of the key decisions in arranging the song was to start with drums and progressively introduce other instruments.
