I wish I hadn't gifted it, it's worth about $200 on Etsy now. Velum pages, hand bound with silk thread and spells written using recommended "ingredients" to make homemade ink of various colors. All scribed in calligraphy using actual calligraphy pens. I had a copy of "The key of Solomon", "The greater key of Solomon", with references and passages from other well known grimoires. I tried a variety of the spells... absolutely nothing ever did anything but waste my time, something neither Christians nor Wiccans seem to believe, especially the Christians, they really want Satan to be powerful.. LOL. The Wiccans not into Satan and not quite as passionate about people having and using spiritual power as Christians but still naive. Grim humor, and to think I wear a mask to protect them not me, I’m vaccinated. That’s the difference between us and them, we don’t like restrictions any more then they do, we don’t like wearing mask, we don’t stop fighting the pandemic now that it’s in red states the way the Trump administration all but shut down the pandemic response when it was in blue states. That’s why I’m constantly pissed off, it’s like the responsible people are fighting two fronts the pandemic and the fascist that are attacking us and science at the same time. It’s the only time I know of where intentional mass suicide would be adopted as a political statement.

I’ve purchased enough marijuana to keep me stoned all weekend while nervously monitoring the media for terrorist activities from frustrated white Supremacist showing the other Fascist how to “own” the libs. More then likely they’ll kill a moderate Republican because the mob with torches are ignorant in every way necessary to insure they come to the wrong conclusion every single time. I expect purges within their ranks before terrorist attacks on us though because everyone is blaming everyone else for their failure and big resentments are about to rip them apart. I doubt Rudy will be dejected enough to just go away, Trump owes him and Trump abandoned him. That’s just one plot line in “As the stomach turns” The kids thrown under the bus, the unpaid bills. First comes purge, I hope.

The Conspiracy theories may not all originate in the US but people latch on to them because they explain the world situation in terms they prefer over reality or common sense. It’s everywhere and it’s toxic, it’s Brexit and it’s Tucker’s trip to Hungary. It’s Trump having a secret meeting with Putin with no American translator. It’s a global network of authoritarians working together to end globalization. It’s fascism twenty first century style. The truth sounds like a conspiracy theory, that’s the purpose of conspiracy theories. They do what propaganda does but with projection of their own actions on their political opponents. It scales to every level, like Trump bitching endlessly about all the time Obama wasted on the golf course then spent his entire administration on more expensive golf courses where he charged cost the government hundreds of millions of dollars most of which was spent at his resorts putting the money in his own pocket. Just listen to the QAnon beliefs and look at who’s in legal trouble for every crime they accuse their political rivals of committing, just not in the Marvel Comic book villain level that they projected. Jeffery Epstein, and Matt Gates and many others are in fact white slavers, those girls are compelled or desperate but certainly victims of coercion of some sort that these men took advantage of while endorsing stories about cannibal Democrats after underage victims. When they tell stories like that it’s a confession of serious criminal activity, then when charged they claim it’s a conspiracy to cover the fictional crimes they accuse others of with no proof, but we have proof of their crimes. We can’t let this childish tactic work, but we let Trump get away with it since he stepped on the public stage. Right before the next fascist rage fest there will be new stories about criminal activity by either Antifa or BLM right before the Proud Boys level fascist terrorist cell jumps over the line and commits serious violence. Just be aware. Beware.

I found this technology very promising about 20 years ago. The glass bead now seems to be a good bit larger than it originally was. Still after the initial explosion loading the next bead into place for the next explosion is troublesome. It's good competition for tokamaks which are more of a continuous process but troubled by magnetic field containment. I don't care which technology matures first just so long as we eventually get controllable fusion power. We thought we were so much closer so many times in the past that I'm still in favor of investing in thorium MSR breader reactors, if for no other reason to feed our nuclear waste to it and to make more Uranium 233 for nuclear spacecraft like the Voyagers. The last time we needed some we had to buy it from Russia, since there's none available on Earth in nature, the half life is too short, but it's an astonishingly useful form of nuclear power where space and weight are at a premium.
