He contacted me earlier . Couldn't seem to decide where he was located - DC , Miami , Afghanistan . After not hearing from him for some time , he contacted me with an urgent message that his 4 year old needed spinal surgery , and he needed money urgently , to cover the cost . He does follow the routine - poor grammar , dead wife ; too affectionate , too fast . Perhaps he should check with the VA for surgery for his most likely non-existent daughter .
