I just make it up as l go along. I try to pay attention to who the person tells me they are and not get blinded by the excitement of a new relationship. It seems as l have gotten older everyone is more cautious, myself included, and it can take very little to derail it. I am much less optimistic about a relationship ever happening than l was a few years ago. Such is life. I do agree with the statement by "unknown", but l am not sure when you start those conversations.
