@silverotter11 Not too bad here a couple years back we actually had a sparse snow but that was actually the first time I could find in recorded history of this area. The ski resorts are 30 minutes up the road and the beaches are about 70 miles away. They also just opened the downtown depot for train service to Union Station in downtown LA. Housing is getting a bit pricey so if you buy now it is a good investment mine went from 245K to 455K in less that 6 years... and the summer can be a bit hot but it is pretty nice overall. I also am able to use an ebike for my main source of transportation all year round but when it rains I take the bus for safety reasons and to prevent electrical malfunctions. https://www.google.com/search?channel=fs=ubuntu-sn&q=redlands+ca
