@MichelleGar1 Try it without all that shit in it sometime.... I used to work for a janitorial service and when we went to clean their stores they would offer us free coffee.... So I tried some and since I always drink mine black and bitter it didn't have that crap in it.... Never again after that I would always stop at a 7-11 before we went in and they kept asking why I would pay for it when they would give it to me free.... They really seemed offended when I gave them a truthful answer....

When the North started blockading cotton shipments to Europe it became a problem so Europe looked towards other markets to supply the demand like Egypt and India which was a boon for those countries and the US cotton market never recovered....

@MichelleGar1 Ours are billed through the city it would just be an added cost on the bill which for me is around 180.00 every other month. 6 times 10 cents is only .60 cents a year but with at least 30,000 homes that means 18,000 a year for elections which take place every 4 years.... Plus both small and large businesses which could add several thousand more a year not to mention apartment complexes...
