@Hathacat No shit. I like driving anyway. With all those years on the road in a band, I got used to driving long distances. We once did a straight through drive from Miami to Denver, and another from Albuquerque to just South of Chicago. We did Ft Worth to Miami twice. So I'm OK with driving.

@clarkems Capitalism is part of the blame. Capitalism is no different than any other system. It has its strengths, it has its weaknesses. This why it has to be regulated. Deregulate, oops 2008! Toxic masculinity is fact not theory. Give me a logical reason women should not make the same salary as men for the same job. Tell me why women should not complete control of their own bodies and choices about their own reproductive systems. We do. Wanting equality is not communism. All of these laws governing these things are made by men, white men at that. There hasn't been one war in which the U.S. has been involved in my lifetime that was necessary. Thousands and thousands of people, mostly civilian, dead because of greed or a 'my dick is bigger than your dick" shit show. Men made these decisions.
