@thinktwice That is why he farmed info out. He knew the AG could do whatever he wished with the report. The AG could have put it in a safe where no one could see it. It is not like the information we have seen is not enough to impeach, but with the Republicans in the Senate won't convict it would be a waste of time. It will go to the courts where Trump thinks he will win if it gets to SCOTUS. I don't think he will win. When it comes to social issues his two appointees might vote conservative. When it comes to Constitutional issues I'm not so sure. Roberts would probably vote with the more liberal judges if it did go that way.

I think he knew most people would not read it. It was as has been said a roadmap for Congress, He is a employee of the DOJ and must stay within their guidelines, It appears he did farm out the information he could not use in his report to three or four states and the SD of NY. We will see.

@David1955 He really didn't. Those are the rules he had to work within. The Southern District of NY, the state of NY and at least two other states have been given information from Mueller. They have to see what the feds do on some things. They don't want a case of double jeopardy.

@David1955 No it is not. Pay attention to what every former prosecutor has said about how this works. What he could put in that report had to be very specific to obstruction and collusion. The other stuff he found he farmed out. It was very smart on Mueller. If he puts that in the report Barr just says it is out of bounds and buries it, never to be seen again.

@thinktwice It didn't flood here. I did get caught in a flood here three or four years ago. I was looking at it rise as I stood in the doorway of my travel trailer. It stopped about three or four inches from the door. I did lose a vehicle in that one. Most of the really bad weather has been north and east, which is normal for hear. I imagine as big as Austin is now, the heat coming off the city is affecting weather patterns. We are having a beautiful wild flower season.

I have blocked 165 people. Obviously we don't agree on this subject. :) It cuts way down on the useless alerts I have to wade through on a daily basis. There are over 80,000 members here. In the real world if you only found 165 people you didn't like out of 80,000 people, that would be amazing.

Most women can go out any night they wish and get laid. Men can not. I know women cheat. When I was on the road in the 70's and 80's, married women were my favorites. I knew they only wanted to have fun. They weren't going to leave their husband for some broke musician. I have been with women who had strong sex drives and women who loved sex, but didn't have to have it every day. When the majority of women get into "sport fucking" like the majority of men can, then we will be very much alike. You know that won't happen. It would not be good for the species. You can go through all the social mumbo jumbo you want, but our brains are wired differently and that is a biological fact. They have the brain scans to prove it. Those reasons serve a purpose for us as a species, and will never change. If we were more alike, we would get along so much better than we do. :)

That is an unfair generalization. Looks are not superficial. They are a part of the equation. It is the way we are wired. You can wait till the end of humanity and that will never change. It is simple biology. That doesn't mean you have to be a beauty queen, just like most men aren't Cary Grant. I have never spent more than a few hours with anyone whom I didn't think was interesting and with luck funny too. Sometimes all we want is to get laid. I have been with women who just wanted to get laid and there is nothing wrong with that either as long as you are honest about it.
