You always hear that age old question...”what is the meaning of life?
HippieChick58 comments on Jan 28, 2018:
I think life is more than just sex. As I remember sex was pretty good, but so is music, food, and children/family, and art, and so many other things. Sex is pretty basic and we've evolved. Life is making a difference, and being connected.

I lived in Kansas from 1999 to 2005. I am so glad I got out of there before he screwed everything up. My kids are glad too. I mean, we didn't go far distance or ideology wise (Nebraska) but Brownback just screwed the whole state up.
How many folks here know who this is, and/or remember his presidency?
David1955 comments on Jan 28, 2018:
Did the poster seriously think that people wouldn't at least remember JFK if for no other reason than the recurring issue of the assassination? I'm sure not. As for personally remembering him, well that is a generation related question. I was 8 in 1963. I remember the shock of that time, generally ...
HippieChick58 replies on Jan 28, 2018:
Being the OP, and I'm being dead serious, I've met folks who ask "who?' when JFK is mentioned. We're not good with history in the US. Also I was just looking to get conversation going, that is what this site is about. And it's been a good conversation, I'm glad to have posted it. Did that answer your question?

HippieChick58 replies on Jan 28, 2018:

Which high rate atheist state/country would you love to move to?
HippieChick58 comments on Jan 28, 2018:
Interestingly Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine have high rates of atheism in the US, followed by Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. I've lived in Washington state, loved it there but the high cost of living and the lack of sunshine were hard.
