I agree. I think it tends to reflect a limited vocabulary. Not that I don't use it once in a while, but as my job puts me on the phone a great deal of the day, and I have frequent contact with small children I try to limit the use of any profanity. I got off the phone one day and was thinking "Jeeesssssuuuuussss", turns out I wasn't just thinking it as I was overheard so that was a wake up call to clean up my language. I think the reaction to an F bomb might have been far worse.

Take some time off of social media, turn off the TV and radio. Go out in the woods or the beach and commune with nature. Or turn your anger into action and get involved, work for a candidate or do some good somewhere.

I put it in my oatmeal. I mix pureed fruits with oatmeal, flax meal, and chia seeds. I put chia in smoothies, and soups. There are far more uses, I'm just too tired to look them up right now. Most days I eat at least two tablespoons of chia.
