I love using Chia
JackPedigo comments on Jul 16, 2018:
I have been told (by someone who really knows) unless it is ground the seeds will pass through the body and the nutrients will be lost. I bought a spice grinder and grind up both Chia and Flax. Perhaps I should start using it in other recipes as well.
HippieChick58 replies on Jul 16, 2018:
When chia has been soaked as it is in my fruit oatmeal mixture it is much more digestible. And as I often don't eat it on the weekend, the first couple days of the week, lets just say timing is everything.

HippieChick58 replies on Jul 7, 2018:
@Cast1es Each of the poll responses should be an answer to the question posed by the poll. You have 4 questions which you think need yes or no answers. A poll should be one questions with however many answers you think are appropriate. For example the poll could ask: would you be willing to date someone in debt? The answers could be: A: Yes, B: No, C: Depends on the total amount, D: depends on the repayment plan, E: Depends on whether or not he/she is fabulously good looking.
