I was watching a news piece earlier today and it was explained that the police unions hold the whole system to ransom to such an extent that most police officers feel invulnerable, knowing most complaints will be quashed or go unpunished, that crimes committed by them will be overlooked or minimized and that even summary dismissal or conviction will not change their entitlements to benefits. The whole system need overhauling, the unions limited to pay and benefit negotiations with an independent special judiciary overseeing all complaints and investigations and courts empowered to seize pensions and state or federal entitlements under circumstance of conviction and or imprisonment.

An ultimately useless deity with no real power at all owing to being a mass of contradictions, a spiteful, angry, petty creature designed by a committee of bronze age writers and power hungry priests. I recall my son coming home and doing homework math called BODMAS, BIDMAS and PEMDAS or some such crap. I could not believe it when I was able to prove to him that using this insane system you could have one equation come to two separate answers that technically were both correct. I showed it to my Uncle who was prior to his passing a quantity surveyor with a Masters degree in Math and he was appalled calling it dangerous and liable to cause serious accidents in construction.
