@dede18 Herons are mistakenly called cranes way too often, these are the only two cranes in NA, first one is sanhill, second whooping, the sanhill is just under 4 ft, the whooping is a little over 4 ft. Thew pictures are not mine, but I've seen both, and they are impressive. Once you've seen a real crane, you'll never mistake a little bird for one.

@Closeted The chances of that are slim, it is a calmative, not a narcotic. If you get drowsy, go back home. I take 20mg in the morning for my arthritis and function fine all day. 9-10 mg should be easy. if the single 3mg dose is doing nothing, step it up. I have clients that are using 5000mg-30ml, they are end of life and it gives them more relief than the sched II narcotics and they are more alert. That is like taking 1& 2/3 of your bottles each day.

@Cutiebeauty 100mg-30 ml is the bottle, so each full dropper is 3mg, most people don't realize that the dropper in a 1 oz bottle full will give one ml, hence a 30 day supply in a 30ml bottle. The difference was between whole bottle strength and single dose strength, you would need 3 full droppers of the 100mg-30ml to get 10mg or the suggested daily minimum dose for anything more than propholactic use.
