I see your point but it is best to be totally respectful to "the man" in any verbal confrontation. This applies even if you think the cop is wrong. Using the word "sir" is good. When your words or actions get indignant you are likely in for a surprise that could even include your death. Don't be telling anyone to agree with running away from cops. I say this and yet I understand why many do run from cops. In a roadside license check by police once I was asked for my drivers license. I was polite and told the officer I was reaching for my wallet in compliance with his request. I talked back politely as he told me what to do. He thought it was funny. I think I was avoiding being shot. It's a dangerous job out there.

The best I can say here is that this video has to be allowed at the trial and there certainly should be a trial. I bet he lived in a world for years where he thought "everybody knows there is a god but only my god is the real god." Then one day you just wake up from that. I have friends who try to define a "real Christian" to me and we all know they are just making this up.

Christians tell you flat out that god did not create Adam and Steve. Since they believe man and woman are to procreate and "replenish the earth" they automatically understand that this cannot happen when people are gay. If you are homosexual you are going against the teachings of their book so being gay must therefore be a choice you have made. It makes sense to them but they fail to see that biblical homosexuality only deals with men. This is because women are actually considered property. The bible never deals with lesbianism. Wrong as they are, they think gay is a choice and Mike Pence and friends will always want to "pray away the gay." Many even think that demon spirits made you gay. Trying to pray away this gay is no different to them than praying that the playboy male who married Susie will be faithful to only her now and stop going with all the other women. If this is a little trucked up it's because their book cannot be wrong and neither can their god.

I use Facebook only as a political activist and also use the same name there as here. Some of my family and friends are there and I have posted pictures. I do have foreign friends also, but most of my postings are to the various memes listed from other sites. I also borrow and post memes on my page describing the current political regime and the fact that our current infodemic is all "deepfake." As for the FB site being all about family and friends, etc. it is not. It is an information gathering agency that sees and sells your info and trends for profit.

I agree with you fully, David. People are continually tell me that Memorial Day is now open to anyone who has lost a loved one. I'm sorry. This is all wrong. Memorial Day is to honor those fallen servicemen who lost their lives fighting for this country. That is the sole purpose this day was set aside for. If you want to go to the cemetery to visit a loved one who was not military you can do that also if you like, but it is NOT what this day originally was for. Yes, we have heros lost in the COVID-19 battle to but let us not cheapen the day please. As for god choosing America and Americans now being his chosen people, this is something that started with Herbert W. Armstrong and his "British Israelism" ideas. The basic premise is that the Jews lost the chosen people status for their role in the crucifixion, and the mantle of being the chosen people went on the Britain and then later to America. I'm sure many thought Armstrong was crazy as a loon but the idea caught on beyond his World Tomorrow program. Most likely this advanced the "Christian Nation" ideas. Believers just keep on making it all up.
